Prepare for success
It is easier to make the right choices when those meals are available. Fill your refrigerator and your storage with healthy meals, ready to eat. Fruits and vegetables are always a better alternative to processed foods and junk food, but you can not wait to eat them if not available at times when you feel hungry.
Become a daily goal to eat
