This vitamin has been widely used against cancer, with positive results, but considered scientifically unproven. Several documents contain statements regarding the interests of transnational pharmaceutical act against these initiatives and against others based on treatments using natural products.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The so-called vitamin B17 is known as amygdalin, laetrile or nitrile, although these compounds do not refer to a single chemical entity, it would not be strictly a vitamin. It consists of two glucose units, a unit of benzaldehyde and cyanide, which are closely linked.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It gives enough information below concerning the way act against the cancer, how consuming and other information on this subject.<span id="more-411"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Vitamin B17 is found naturally in the seeds of apricot (apricot), apple, grape, watermelon, and certain nuts, particularly almonds. <p style="text-align: justify;">And how do we determine that we are giving our body what it needs in nutrition? That knowledge comes from educating ourselves on our individual needs, then take that knowledge to apply to the food we buy, which prepare and consume them with our family. Our nutritional and caloric needs change depending on different factors such as age and activity level among other things. They are not the same needs of a 14 years that a woman of 30.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Very often happens that our needs for vitamins and minerals are well below what we should consume. In such cases we tend to consume vitamin supplements to complete the requirements. This is also part of nutritional requirements.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nutrition is one of the most complex areas to gain experience since many of the components involved, and because each person has individual needs. The women differ from men, and a grown man differ from those of a child. As we age our needs change, therefore a constant education on the subject is essential.
